Three new things Blake has been up to
1. Trying out popsicles. As you can see they are a huge hit.
2. Finger Painting. I am going out on a limb here, but I don't think he is having a good time. I had more paint on my hands than he did. I hung my artwork on the fridge.
3. Eating his snacks out of a cup. He has always been really good at using a fork on his own for his food, but now he likes to always hold his own stuff; spoons, forks, cups, bowls. It makes for messy meal times, but it is easier than fighting him and he is actually getting much better at it. .

oh, we miss that kid! Mollie was asking about him yesterday. you are so brave to use finger paints, I have yet to introduce it!
I cry when I finger paint. Some kids just don't like getting messy. Hayden isn't one of them. I'll bet Blake is a cleaner eater than Hayden! Your basketball hoop will be spending the summer at the Gubler's. Claim it upon your return. I'm enjoying reading about your adventures, especially the day the elevator broke! Have fun.
What a cute kid! I loved the finger painting picture and caption.
Yea! A new post. I've been checking. Those are fun new things that Blake is doing. I love the finger painting shot. We try so hard to provide stuff we think our kids will like and in the end they hate it. Reminds me of the pic of our kids their first time in our bike carriage thingy. They were both screaming.
What are you talking about, megs? That's blake's happy face. Finger painting is a hit. Maybe you should try it with chocolate pudding. he's sad because he can't eat it!! What a cutie he is. He's getting so big.
How sad that Blake's mom forced him to finger paint!! What a sad face! He is such a cute kid!!
He sure is looking taller and more like a toddler. He looks like his cousins too--the ones I know.
so when do we get to see your great artwork? maybe you could start a finger-painting group when you come back to aa. :) miss you as always.
Why do you insist on torturing your poor, innocent child? Mwa ha ha ha ha.
