I love checking the weather on weather.com. It always tells you the temperature and then underneath it says what it feels like. Example, 45 degree but feels like 17 degrees. Big difference. I find this helpful and a little comical. Here are some more examples from my life like this.
What actually happened: 30 minutes on the treadmill
What it feels like: 2 hours on the treadmill. I hope it warms up soon so I can run outside instead.
What actually happened: 30 minute nap
Feels like: 5 minute nap
What actually happened: Changed two poops
Feels like: I change diapers all day long!
Anyone else??
Here are a couple cute shots of my little man. I think weather.com must have said it was cold, but not that cold. He thought the ear warmer would be enough.

Blake has changed! He is growing up and looking more toddler-ish and less babyish.
Feels like: I ate about 2 cookies.
Actual: I probably ate 10. :)
Love those pictures!
7 loads of laundry each week
feels like 37!
I completely agree on all those things- especially the treadmill!! I would have to say tho an opposite would be - ate 2000 calories for a day - felt like only 100 (on the days I am super hungry that is no matter what I eat)!!! This is a great post! Feels like: my husband is never home anymore....actual - he came home every night last week before 10 pm (should be happy but it isn't ideal! have a happy v-day! xoxoxo
Blake has the right idea. You lose 90% of your body heat from your head so he's being smart!
felt like I ate only half of my sandwich yesterday.
actual: ate the whole thing and kept looking at my plate wondering who stole the other half of my sandwich! hate days like that!
That is hilarious! I needed a good laugh this morning!
Feels Like: Today should be payday
Actual: No more paydays :)
i loved this post! totally relatable. i remember you loved to find out the temperature. you introduced me to calling time and temperature in college!
thought i was only on the computer for a couple minutes. . . next thing i know, the baby is waking up from her nap!
Feels like we live in little Mexico. Really we live 45 minutes from the border.
Glad for a new post. Keep 'em coming.
I also check weather.com daily and sometimes multiple times in one day.
Feels like it's been 6 months of winter and spring should start tomorrow.
Actually, it's only been 2 months of winter with 2 more months to go.
