Poor Blake is constipated. I feel so bad. The words "my bum hurts" are said about 50 times a day. We are trying every method possible to remedy the situation. Wouldn't you know that the three things he has been asking to eat ALL day today have been
1. cheese
2. milk
3. bananas.
As it turns out, they are the worst offenders for constipation. So, not only does his bum hurt, I won't let him eat anything he asks for. He does not understand our little dilemma!!
He did find his spider man suit today though and I am hoping his super powers will help to create a super poop!!

can he send me the suit when he is done? i could use some super powers!!
good luck blake. i'll be sending fiber and bran thoughts your way!
we all live for super poops, don't we?
does he like peaches? they are in peak season here and making us all a little TOO regular i think! yesterday i gave some to emery for breakfast and then she pooped and woke herself up during her morning nap just an hour or so later! i need to time her peach-eating a little better i think...
I've got a bucket o' prunes here with Blake's name on it! (actually, it's in CA but let's not get technical) Good luck with the poops Blake, I feel for you!
I always love a little poop talk. It's been the opposite for Avery- so I've been shoving cheese and bananas down her like you wouldn't believe. Pretty sad when you have to say NO to oranges and cantaloupe!
Hope the super suit helps!
Ha ha! Great to hear an update from you and see the little Blakster. Yesterday, after Timmy pooped, read "Potty Train" and watched "Potty Time" the movie, I thought to myself "Hmmm..my life is awfully glamorous, isn't it?" :)
I am absolutely shocked that you blogged about poop...hehe. Spencer has the opposite problem, we ran out of diapers at church today because of all of his poops.
It's funny how our days can be totally centered around poop! Connor has the same problems. So where have you moved to???
Poor kid! After Emily's first BM in the kiddy potty, she was freaked out and wouldn't poop. We used children's suppositories on several occasions to help her out and without fail, results occur within half an hour. Be warned though: kids DO NOT like having something shoved up their little bums, so that was a hard thing to have to do to her. But they work and it was a means to an end I had to tell myself. Pear juice is good and prune juice too.
Definitely give him some prune juice! You might want to start out with half prune juice and half water though to see how he handles it. Poor little guy. That's no fun at all. Give him lots of fruit like berries and melons!
Poor guy....prunes, baby, prunes!
I know you have witnessed Lincoln's problem with that. We eventually just got some benefiber for kids and we just put a little in his milk or juice every day and it keeps him regular!
